How annoying, please contact us stating the order number and we will provide a solution as soon as possible in the form of replacing the defective part in question or a new product.

We usually send you an order confirmation within 24 hours (on working days). To put it to you We use a payment term of 30 days for all our customers. For foreign customers we use the principle of payment in advance.

No, this is not possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course! This is possible via Track & Trace. Do you want to track your shipment? Request the Track & Trace code from our sales department.

How is it possible that the products on the order have different delivery dates?

The delivery time depends on various factors. As a result, some positions on your order confirmation may differ in the date of delivery.

It is possible that we do not have the product in stock and that we have to order it from the factory. Moreover, it may also be the case that a product is in stock with us, but that this product must be made customer-specific and that extra production time is therefore required. For the above reasons, we use the following delivery times: we deliver stock items within 3 working days and we deliver non-stock items within a maximum of 3 weeks.

Do you order an item from us that is not in stock? Then we will consult with the relevant factory and we will do everything we can to get the product to us as quickly as possible. If it is not possible from the factory, we will also be happy to look for alternatives for you.

The answer to this FAQ is therefore basically ‘yes’, but we also remain dependent of course. We would like to be able to offer a wide range to you as a customer. This is due to the fact that all manufacturers we work with have different delivery times.

DHL or our courier service. Chosen for DHL because of its excellent reputation and because delivery reliability is high.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, you can also pick up an order at our office in The Netherlands on working days. We are located at Glasblazerstraat 1 in Ridderkerk and are open on working days between 08:30 and 12:15 and between 13:00 and 17:00.

Usually on working days between 08:30 and 17:00, the day after sending. Request a Track & Trace code from our sales department. A so-called 11 am is also possible with us: in that case you will receive your order the next working day before 11 am.

In principle, we deliver our products and services all over the world.

For the real hard workers we have also created the special shipping option on Saturday. Of course we would like to see the request appear so that we can discuss the possibilities with you.

Can I also specify a desired delivery date?

You can of course always specify a desired delivery date. One thing is certain: we will do everything possible to meet the desired delivery date. For example, in the case of a delivery time of several months, we are happy to hold products for you if you only need them for a project. In addition, when we receive a request with a short delivery time, we will do everything we can to meet the desired delivery date, based on our stock and contact with the factory.

Which delivery methods can I choose from?

To make it as easy and clear for you as possible, you can choose from various delivery methods.

  • You will receive a regular shipment the next working day. And then you get the well-known time slots ‘between 09:00 and 12:30’ or ‘between 13:00 and 17:00’.
  • Would you prefer a little more certainty about the time of delivery? Then order our so-called 11-o’clock and you will receive your order before 11 a.m. the next working day.
  • Is your order urgent? You also have the option, if the products are in stock, to have them delivered by us the same day.
  • Are you a hard worker who also continues to work during the weekend? Then delivery on Saturday is also possible.
  • Finally, would you prefer to be in control yourself? Pick up is of course also no problem!

What is the delivery time for orders?

We can usually ship stock products on the same day. We generally deliver non-stock products in a maximum of 3 weeks. If a product needs to be made customer specific, this is usually possible within 2 to 3 days (provided it is in stock).

I need my order urgently, is this possible?

Yes, you even have the choice of several shipping options. However, the delivery time depends on whether or not the product to be delivered is in stock.

Is the product in stock? Then if you order before 4 p.m. on working days, we can send it to you on the same working day so that you receive it the next working day. We also offer our customers the paid option on working days to deliver a product the same working day.

Out of Stock
In principle, a product that is not in stock has a maximum delivery time of 3 weeks. In principle, because this can also be arranged much faster for non-stock products. Of course this must be possible with the factory, but we will always discuss this with the relevant factory. However, if it is not possible from the factory, we will also be happy to look for alternatives for you.

The answer to this FAQ is therefore in principle and as said ‘yes’, but we also remain dependent of course.

Can I place a call-off order?

Of course you can also place a call-off order with us. If you place an order, for example, let us know on January 1 that you want to purchase 100 pieces of SKD-Bytes, but want to receive 25 pieces every quarter.

Do you have my repeat order in stock?

In principle, we always have products that are purchased on a regular basis in stock. We have a large number of ‘standard’ products in stock, but we also take repeat orders from our customers into account. For example, we have sometimes put non-stock products in stock especially for our customer to help them.
