The big brothers of the Appleton A.T.X. Unicode 2: the Ex d control boxes in the D series from the same manufacturer. Both series can be used in explosive environments in many different zones. Both series require fewer components due to the modular construction of the control boxes, which reduces the number of spare parts.The control boxes in both series differ from each other. In fact, the D series control boxes are available with a pressure switch that is fully Ex d certified.
