The DS440S-230/G is a type 2 surge arrester which can be directly connected to main and sub-distribution boards in 3-phase networks. DIN-rail makes mounting of the DS440S-230/G very quick and easy.Once mounted, this AC surge arrester provides optimal protection as it meets all the requirements for lightning and surge protection for PV installations. If the indicator shows an error status for any of the connected devices: The modular design of the DS440S-230/G makes it easy to replace the corresponding plug-in module. During replacement the voltage can remain on the lightning and surge arrester. Finally, this surge arrester features a fuse rated up to 50A (125A in parallel).
