With a width of 44.5mm and a maximum cable entry of 18.5mm Ø, the MSC2 series split core current transformers live up to their name. MSC is the abbreviation for miniature split core.Fast and safe installation is a top priority for these current transformers. The current transformer can be mounted quickly without disconnecting the conductor. On the secondary side, these current transformers have short-circuit protection to prevent short circuits on the same side.
Split core current transformer 100-250A
The primary current value of the split core current transformers in the MSC2 series is between 100A and 250A and secondary at 1A or 5A. All current transformers with secondary 1A in this series come standard with a 3m colour coded connecting wire. Current transformers with secondary 5A from the same series come with a 1.5m connecting wire.
