Did you order a wrong product, did we deliver the wrong product or is a product defective? In all cases, we will help you as quickly as possible. However, the cost per return can vary tremendously per reason of return. Therefore, please read the return conditions carefully.

We have the following conditions for repair and examination of returned products:
Is the product not covered by the warranty or not purchased from us? In this case, we will charge a standard research and possible adjustment fee of €95 per article. Depending on the manufacture, additional costs may be added for materials and hours used. For final costs please feel free to contact us.

In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot take back items:

Did we deliver the wrong product?
Of course it can happen that you receive the wrong product. In that case, please return the wrong product to us, indicating the unique RMA number. We will then credit this product. If it is in stock, we will immediately send you a new product and invoice you for the cost of this new product.
Are you about to return a product to us? Please, ask yourself the following questions first: Was there an error in delivery or order (e.g. wrong numbers or types), or is it a technical problem and is the product not functioning as it should?
